Gary Richetelli

Gary Richetelli is a leader in the field of commercial real estate development in the Connecticut area.  He has experience financing and managing properties around the state but his regional area of focus is the Route 1 Corridor from Milford to West Haven.

 

Gary has served as the President of Commercial Development Company since 2005.  Gary's duties include overseeing leasing, asset management, financing solutions, and real estate investment.

Gary got his formal education at the University of Bridgeport.  There he received his undergraduate degree in Business Adminstration.  After getting a taste for the business world, Gary decided to pursue higher education.  He then enrolled in the University of New Haven where he earned a Master's of Business Administration.  While completing his MBA, he concentrated his focus on Finance. 

 

Past Experience

 

Gary Richetelli also currently serves as President of Chase American Mortgage Company.  Before sitting as President of Chase and ComDevel, Gary was the President of Oceanside Development Associates, a Principal at Guardian Management Company, and President of Colonial Properties

 

Besides his extensive real estate experience, Gary is also active in the community.  He is associated with the Walter Camp Football Foundation as well at the Amity Club.
